Your location is used at the moment of ordering to find the nearest van and calculate delivery charges. We do not track your location continuously or after your order is complete.
All payments are made directly through UPI — by scanning a QR code or using our published UPI ID — via your own banking app. We never see, collect, or store your card, bank account, or UPI PIN details; those stay entirely within your bank's/UPI app's systems.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your name, mobile number and delivery location are shared only with our own pickup van operator assigned to your order, solely to complete the delivery.
We retain order records (customer details, order items, and delivery information) for as long as needed for accounting, order history, and customer support purposes.
