These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the The Fermented Idli online ordering page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
We prepare and sell freshly made idli, vada, rabdi, chach and similar items, delivered through a network of pickup vans stationed around the city. Orders are placed directly on our website.
Select your items, share your delivery location so we can match you with the nearest van, and review your bill summary (food total, delivery charge and grand total) before paying. A minimum food order value of ₹120 (before delivery charge) applies to all orders.
Delivery charges depend on the road distance between your location and the nearest van, and are shown to you before you place your order. Delivery time shown is an estimate and may vary with traffic, weather, or demand at the time.
Payment is accepted via UPI only, using the QR code or UPI ID shown on the payment page after you place an order. Your order is confirmed once payment is received; please complete payment promptly after placing your order.

All items are freshly prepared and hygienically packed. Please consume delivered food on the same day for the best taste and quality.
While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, or van availability.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our ordering page after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
